De duurzame oplossing is de hulp/tussenas uit het carb blok te halen en in het injectieblok te steken. Op deze hulpas zit een nokje wat de benzinepomp aandrijft (bij injectieblok heeft de hulpas dit nokje niet). Ook de verdeler en de oliepomp worden met deze as aangedreven.
